Viva Mexico

The Mexican Caribbean coast with the second largest barrier reef in the world, the Gran Arrecife Maya, has been known the world over since the days of Jacques Cousteau.
The so-called Riviera Maya with its numerous white beaches and the offshore islands of Cozumel and Cancun are considered diver’s paradise. Turtles and colorful fish splashing about in the warm water.
A little further inland enchant mystical cenotes while mangroves with crocodiles provide for adventure.

The Sea of Cortez, on the other hand, is known for its spectacular abundance of fish and was christened “the largest aquarium in the world” by the famous oceanographer Jacques-Yves Cousteau.

Mobula rays are not the only nimble species that divers can see here - this dive site shines with extraordinary wealth of small and large fish. A highlight is the dive site Los Islotes.
The encounters with California sea lions (Zalophus californianus) are an unforgettable experience.
